General Terms & Conditions
By placing an order for Products through our Website, you are confirming that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell or exploit any items purchased, use of service, access to our service or any contacts on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. In the event of obvious errors on the website or made in connection with your order, UNISCRUBS reserves the right to correct the error and charge you the correct price. In such cases, our Support team will contact you and offer you the option of purchasing.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields must be completed (which includes by providing us with a valid phone number and email address). We will then send you an email confirming receipt, the details of your order and the delivery costs which will be added to the purchase price. Our acceptance of your order will take place only upon receipt of full payment from you. All prices are subject to change without notice, except that prices for an order that have been accepted by UNISCUBS are not subject to change after both parties received the order confirmation.
UNISCRUBS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any items due to some unforeseen situations. All orders placed are subject for pre-approval payment verification by our Finance Team and we may require additional verifications or information before initiating the order.
DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICY
DELIVERY
Delivery is offered for areas covered under Doha municipality.
Minimum order for delivery is 300 Qatari riyals and above only.
PICK-UP
We offer store pick up at our shop located in Maamoura, Haloul Street after 24hrs from the online purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are entitled for only one-time exchange to their purchased product and should be within fourteen (14) days from the delivery or pick-up date. If you wish to exchange the item purchased online, you may contact our customer support +974 77497444 for assistance. Any item(s) which is purchased online will not be eligible to process the return and exchange at the UNISCRUBS Shop.
The product must be in original packaging and in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to exchange.
Original receipt or invoice should be presented for the purpose of refund and exchange. After we receive the item, our team will inspect it and process your refund upon approval.
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges and refunds of products if the purchased products doesn’t belong to the clothing category. In addition, some products may not qualify for the return and exchange due to safety reasons or some regulations imposed by the authorities.
If you are eligible for exchange and the desired item is confirmed our customer service will contact you to process the delivery, please note that we will charge you for the delivery fee.
The stated return and exchange policy is in accordance to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce under Law no (8) of 2008 on consumer protection and regulations in the state of Qatar.
REFUND POLICY
Refund is only applicable if the purchased item(s) has factory defect(s) and must be returned within seven (7) days from delivery or pick-up date.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after seven (7) calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible for refund, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method (e.g. credit card payment) used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 7 to 10 business days for a refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
Note: Face Mask is not eligible for exchange/refund.
